Sisters Nancy Bauer and Tamra Thomas Attend CIB Symposium

In September, Sisters Nancy Bauer and Tamra Thomas attended the Communio Internationalis Benedictinarum (CIB) Symposium in Rome. Established in 2001, the CIB brings together mostly women’s congregations belonging to the Benedictine family. S. Tamra worked on the symposium’s technology team.

The highlight of this symposium was attending an audience with Pope Leo XIV at the Vatican. Pope Leo expressed his gratitude for Catholic sisters’ prayers, their “humble and silent presence” and the “daily and hidden offering” of their lives. It was the experience of a lifetime!
