Bread for the World Letter-Writing Campaign • Sunday, October 11, 2026

The annual Bread for the World letter-writing campaign will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2026. We invite you to spend some time before or after the 10:30 a.m. Eucharist to write a short message to members of Congress in support of funding emergency food assistance and programs that improve global nutrition. All supplies — postcards, pens, addresses, sample messages — will be provided in the Gathering Place.

Bread for the World is a Christian advocacy organization urging U.S. decision makers to do all they can to pursue a world without hunger. Its mission is to educate and equip people to advocate for policies and programs that can help end hunger in the U.S. and around the world.
