Daily Meditation for February 11, 2026

It seems Valentine’s Day is now many weeks of celebration. Red hearts have been on display since the Christmas decorations were taken down. And now, getting closer to February 14, the importance of expressing love to our loved ones becomes more necessary. Sending cards, texts, and flowers are such important ways to let people know how important they are in our life. The core of our life is all about love and being loved, because we know that God is love and that we were made in the image and likeness of God. Human beings were created to live in connection with one another. Thus, significant relationships with loved ones enable us to be fully alive and empower us to thrive. That’s why Valentine’s week becomes such a necessary time to acknowledge our dependence on our loved ones and their importance in our life. Happy Valentine’s week.
