Dreams emerge from the Unconscious, providing information about the hidden, often-rejected parts of ourselves. When we listen and pay attention, our dreams guide us into deeper awareness of ourselves and our relationships. During these four sessions, we will hold space for our dreams, opening the way for more understanding and healing.
