Daily Meditation for November 2, 2026
Today we celebrate the Feast of All Souls. What a great day to remember our loved ones who have gone before us. It’s a day to remember and cherish all the memories of our time together. A great day to reflect on the ways each of them have influenced us and how their presence has affected us. God has given us special people to love us and journey with us through the good times in life and to be with us in difficult times. Now we can’t see their presence but deeply feel their absence. St. John Chrysistom says “They whom we love and lose are no longer where they were before. They are now where we are.” Isn’t it amazing to realize they are more with us now then when they were here on earth, and they are journeying with us every step of our way. Though we are in different worlds now, someday we’ll be together forever.
