Daily Meditation for March 18, 2026

Imagine yourself scuba diving off the Bahama Islands. Doesn’t that sound great right about now? Picture the blue sky and the sparkling water. Feel the warmth of the sun. You take the plunge and slowly descend to the ocean floor. Other than the soft “whoosh” of your oxygen tank, the underwater world is silent. Hold very still and watch the beauty of this underworld come alive. Fish of every color swim around you, the coral sways gently and little sea anemones pop out in iridescent blues, reds, greens and yellows. This is the time of year when most of us could use such a world—one that is silent, peaceful and full of colors that delight and soothe. Why not give yourself time this week to experience your imaginary version of scuba diving right here in Minnesota?
