For people living with chronic or degenerative conditions like dementia and autoimmune disorders
Have you been diagnosed with a chronic or degenerative condition? Or do you care for a family member or friend whose health needs require extra attention? This course will be a laboratory for playful experimentation. We will explore creative writing and paper/journal making as spiritual practices that build resilience, helping us live supported by wisdom while we face long-term challenges that cannot be “fixed.” For artists and writers of all experience levels, including none.
