Memoirs begin with stories and lead us to spiritual and ethical questions about the writing self, the subject at the heart of the story and the world surrounding it. We’ll experiment with the interplay between memory and imagination, experience and invention, and the story of one person or family and the world in which the story unfolds. Claim the story only you can tell and learn powerful ways to tell it.
