Two Oblates Honored for Contribution to the Arts

Congratulations to oblates Tracy Rittmueller and Jessie Bazan, who have both been honored for their contributions to the arts!

Tracy Rittmueller was one of seven area artists selected to receive the 2022 Individual Artist Award (IAA) from the Central Minnesota Arts Board. The IIA “provides awards in recognition and support of outstanding artists living in the Minnesota counties of Benton, Sherburne, Stearns or Wright (Region 7W).” Learn more about this award and view samples of Tracy’s work on the Central Minnesota Arts Board website.

 

An article written by Jessie Bazan was published in U.S. Catholic Magazine. The article talks about the solidarity experience of five gospel women. In addition to this article, Jessie has also co-authored a book titled Dear Joan Chittister: Conversations with Women in the Church.
