By now, most Christmas gifts have been eaten, worn, already broken, or maybe packed away. Mostly we think of the gift-giving time as over. But wait … if you are hearing this message, you are experiencing the gift of a lifetime, the gift of Time itself. The chiming of these bells at each quarter hour is an invitation to pause, to listen, to be mindful of God’s gracious gift of time. What reminds you to be grateful for the gift of time?
