To nominate someone for the award, please fill out the nomination form either online below or by download available here. Please describe the nominee's significant contributions that have ahd or are having a positive impact on others. Be as specific and objective as possible, and include her relationship to the Sisters of the Order of Saint Benedict, her living of Gospel and Benedictine values, her aspirations in life and her leadership and volunteer service that have made a difference. Please refer tot he characteristics and core Benedictine values listed as guides in describing the nominee. Your nomination must make the case for the individual person, as this application narrative is the only thing that will be considered by the selection committee. You may ask one or two others for help in fleshing out your nomination narrative. At this time the nominee is not informed. Although it is possible to type the recommendation into the field available, it is recommended that you submit a Word document that includes the narrative describing the nominee's qualifications.
