The Sisters welcome volunteers to assist them with their monastery services. Following are some of the opportunities available for volunteering:
- Computer assistant
- E-Z-GO driver
- Special Events: registration, dining room service, parking cars, etc.
- Haehn Museum: host or hostess, research assistant, tour guide, cataloguer, data collector, and more.
- Mailing assemblers
- Office assistant
- Lawn and garden partners
- Whitby Gift Shop: sales assistant
- Writer and/or photographer

In addition, the Sisters need volunteers at Saint Scholastica Convent, their retirement and health care center in St. Cloud, Minn. Child visitors are welcome and encouraged. Following are some of the opportunities available at Saint Scholastica:
- Visiting with the Sisters
- Sharing musical talents
- Reading to Sisters
- Playing a variety of games
- Animal therapy
- Plant care
- Gardening
- Assisting at meals
